Binance, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges, has released its list of skates (skates) on its Alpha platform.
In addition to this, Binance Futures has launched a permanent contract for Skateusdt, offering up to 50 times the leverage. The announcement caused double-digit rise in Altcoin prices during pre-market trading.
Binance Alpha announces skate tristing
Skate is a native utility and governance token that enhances the multi-VM infrastructure of skates. The total supply closes with 1 billion tokens, with 10% allocated to the first airdrop. This distribution rewards early participants who contributed to the adoption of the platform.
According to an official Binance announcement, Skate Trading will begin on June 9, 2025 at 10:00 UTC on Binance Alpha. Additionally, futures trading begins at 10:30 UTC on the same day.
“Binance is the first platform to open, featuring Binance Alpha and Binance Futures skate trading,” writes Exchange.
In addition to the list, the exchange also rolls out exclusive airdrops for qualified users. Starting from 10:00am from June 9, 2025, Binance users will have the opportunity to request a share of their skate tokens using their Binance Alpha points. The Airdrop event is open 24 hours a day and closes at 10:00 UTC on June 10th, 2025.
“Eligible users must use Binance Alpha points to claim Airdrop on the Alpha event page, which will be published on June 9th in Activity Rules,” Binance said.
This dual list is an important milestone for your skating debut. It is expected to provide traders with access to Spot Futures trading, increasing new tokens’ market participation and liquidity.
In particular, the announcement also affected the price of skates. Altcoin rose 33.3% to $0.20 in pre-market trading at MEXC. This surge reflects strong early demand for tokens.
Crypto Exchange MexC began pre-skate pre-market trading at 06:00 UTC on June 4, 2025. This in-store (OTC) service allows traders to buy and sell skate tokens prior to launching the official market.
Meanwhile, in addition to BINANCE, BYBIT will also support skate trading from June 9th. Additionally, the exchange has launched a Mega Drop event.
Users can earn from 10,000,000 skate token pools with bets on Mantle (MNT) and Tether (USDT). The event will start at 12:00pm on UTC June 3rd and run until 11:59pm on June 7th, 2025, during which random snapshots will be taken. This further amplifies the visibility of the project.
