The festival offers a highly rich and dynamic programme, featuring over 50 top speakers from over 17 countries on three continents, covering the most relevant topics of the modern digital age.
Participants had the opportunity to gain a global perspective on the most important trends in the emerging technology world, along with real-world examples of digital transformation from major global companies. A special focus was placed:

Pine Promenade Experience Zone: Technology for All
Alongside the conference program, the festival brought new life to Tivat’s public spaces, making it open and accessible to citizens and tourists of all ages, through carefully curated content on the city’s pine promenade.

As part of the evening programme, music performances became the centerpiece, further enhancing the festival’s atmosphere. DJ Slobodan, a legend in the Montenegrin electronic scene, performed with Verica Buljković and DJ Danilo Radusinović, offering a unique blend of electronic music and violin virtuosity under the Tivat star.
Game Changer Montenegro Festival’s Black Velvet Yacht Affair
Luxury, technology, and Mediterranean elegance
One of the most anticipated events in the third edition of the GameChanger Montenegro Festival was the exclusive Black Velvet Yacht Affair, held in collaboration with the Collection Magazine and the GameChanger Platform.
Over 150 carefully selected guests from technology, business, creative industries and media were gathered on a 42 metre sailing yachtliana, dressed in elegant black dress codes. The Porto Montenegro setting provided the perfect blend of atmospheres, inspiring conversations and topics that advance today’s world: artificial intelligence, ESG principles, creative economy, and sustainability.
The boundary between business and joy has disappeared as false cocktails, sushi bites and live DJs under the stars are set. Partner Delta District, BMW Group/VoliMotors, and Technogym reinforced the message that luxury today is defined by recognition, value and connection.
